Guidelines & Policies
Guest List
OTAO Expo & Gala hosts an exclusive list of industry leaders, innovators, influencers across a wide variety of disciplines. Invitation is by registration or nomination only. Invite friends, family, loved ones, dates, business partners, couples etc they all must be registered through the event link, and must have received a confirmation message by email stating they have been approved alongside their virtual access badge, before they are eligible to attend the event.
Tips for Guest List Approval
- Must have attended any and all previous summits for which candidate was approved on the guest list. Failure to attend while being part of the guest list reduces the chances of approval for the next upcoming summits.
- Have not been flagged by any violations such as faulty information (photo, address, email etc) on any and all previous summit registration process.
- Has demonstrated in previous summits great support for community impact & initaitives, and also participated in Fundraisers.
Virtual Access Badge & Menu
All attendees must display their event badges for entry to the gala. Virtual Access Badges are provided at registration, and a menu will subsequently be provided which will depict the rundown of the entire event.
Event Packs
Buying an event pack is a significance of supporting the event alongside the initiative it embodies. T-shirts, stickers, gadgets and more are available pre-event and post-event.
Dress Code
The dress code for the gala is formal/corporate attire. Attendees are encouraged to dress elegantly and responsibly. No slippers, torn dresses, indecent dressing, short dresses will be allowed unless it is medically justified.
Eligibility Crew
On arrival, participants are expected to show their virtual access badges which will be cross-referenced on the Guest List to be sure they had registered and was approved or had been nominated. The crew also ensures that, participants meet up to event guidelines and policies. If the desired conditions are not met, the participant will not be allowed to attend the event.
Fundraiser
During the gala there will be a dedicated session for fundraising to support emerging tech innovations and the initiative. Contributions can be made through various channels with all proceeds directed towards fostering technological advancements and the initiative.

Event Pictures and Media Content
The gala kicks off with Red Carpet Snapshots, participant interviews & expectations, media coverage and setup. Pre and Post Event pictures are shared after the gala is concluded. Additional media content such as videos will be edited and shared on official channels at intervals. All media content are branded and participants are encouraged to redistribute with the consideration of fair use while avoiding misinformation.
